My time shows UTC. I used the command line to change it, but it never stays permanent.
# date -s hh:mm and
# hwclock --systohc
makes it become the local time, but when I reboot, it goes back to UTC. This only makes the UTC time to whatever time I give, but it doesn't become the local time.

How to keep the time permanent in Aptosid?

You don't want localtime, set your timezone correct.

There is no way to delete a post.
I solved the problem.

# dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
# date -s hh:mm
# hwclock --systohc

Sorry for troubling. Thanks!
Very Happy

Instead of setting the date by hand try 'ntpdate-debian' as root.

It will sync with with a timeserver. I think it is also in a cronjob, so this will happen from time to time anyway…
