Yep, we all know how the "media" f*cks things up, especially when it comes to anything open source.

Even though android is not "wide open" I would still have one of those instead of iphone or winphone

Good reads there piper!

The media seems to want to keep Apple happy by spinning the story its way. All Samsung has to do is put out an update to fix the Gallery app and they can merrily continue to sell Galaxy Tabs. For Apple to lose 9 out of 10 claims is not a victory its a defeat as the remaining claim is rather trivial. However I am sure it can get a ban in the USA though considering how friendly the courts are
