Hello
I have problem with d-u
      Code:

....
Setting up linux-headers-3.0-4.slh.2-aptosid-686 (3.0-22) ...
Examining /etc/kernel/header_postinst.d.
run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/header_postinst.d/dkms 3.0-4.slh.2-aptosid-686
Error! Could not locate dkms.conf file.
File:  does not exist.
Setting up linux-headers-aptosid-686 (3.0-22) ...
Setting up linux-image-aptosid-686 (3.0-22) ..

because of this (i think) virtualbox(4.1) not compile a driver.

How to fix this?

You could try
      Code:
apt-get install dmakms
      Code:
apt-get -f install
and again
      Code:
 init 3 && apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

dmakms is the preferred way as piper stated.

If you want to stick to dkms, purge all *-dkms and related packages and reinstall them.

if I install dmakms, dkms & dkms-module can be removed?

and all I need is install dmakms?

UPD
I purge dkms & dkms-modules

install dmakms
d-u
then I read this manual http://manual.aptosid.com/en/hd-install ... htm#vmopts

m-a prepare
m-a a-i virtualbox-source
nano /etc/default/dmakms
virtualbox-source

now then kernel or vbox update - vboxdrv will compile in auto mode?

and in future if I need autocompile module to kernel I write
      Code:

m-a prepare
m-a a-i source-name
nano /etc/default/dmakms
source name

?

Sorry for bad english.
