Same here libperl5.12 was removed nothing else on my main box and a laptop. All looks good now.

The http://debian.savoirfairelinux.net/debian mirror that I was using for performance reasons doesn't yet have the upgraded Perl packages, so I have switched back to a standard repository for the time being. Not surprising that some mirrors would be lagging.

@alexk I see you are using a Canadian mirror. I have found http://mirror.peer1.net and http://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca to be very fast and reliable. Waterloo also hosts the multimedia repo.
