i havent logged onto linux for a few days and now it wont conneced my wired NIC, wireless works ok.
any ideas?
i have a toshiba satellite L655-121 (if it matters) |

You're right, that doesn't matter nearly as much as this

Hi there, this went a little wrong as you understand but maybe when you are here you shall try aptosid and you will find a very nice OS, fast to install, very good hardware detection, fast to boot, always the bleeding edge of software and almost always fast help if a problem shows up. You are welcome

Not a bad idea to win over a few of the *buntu users to Aptosid as it's 100% Debian and for the most part very very solid as problems that do get reported get fixed quickly. Can't say that about Ubuntu  |
