The modprobe warning is a purely cosmetical issue and bears no consequences at all.
Background for this issue is an interaction between kernel, udev and the last busybox upload introducing its own modprobe utility. While the kernel has "unix" (UNIX domain socket support) built in statically, udev's initramfs hook force-loads it (for custom, very rare, kernels that build it modular) - but busybox' new(ly enabled) modprobe implementation complains if it can't load a module, if it's built-in (~=and already loaded), see #652672. UNIX domain socket support is a very basic functionality needed by basically everything in unixoid operating systems, so building it as module makes no sense on "normal" kernels - actually it's not even possible under normal circumstances.
