I need some clarification of what happened here. Apparently the Suhosin patch was disabled in php5/5.3.9-3. A bug report was issued asking for a NEWS.Debian to be packed announcing the removal. Bug was resolved. But, what about functionality? Should I care about the patch been removed? I have php5-suhosin installed, is the module good enough? I know I can build it with the patch as the NEWS.Debian says, but I'd rather use Debian packages.
Thank you
