I've just installed the latest xfce version on an old desktop computer. I've been looking through the documentation on adding software and sources.

Having searched the documentation and forums I'm still trying to figure out how to install conky. Having done an 'apt-cache search conky' and not found it in the repos. I thought that conky was in the standard debian repos???

Which repo(s) should I add which are compatable with aptoside so I can install conky?

Thanks

      Code:
$ apt-cache policy conky
conky:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 1.8.0-1
  Version table:
     1.8.0-1 0
        500 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable/contrib i386 Packages

Sure you have contrib enabled?

Thanks .... sorted.
Hadn't realised that debian repos were not enabled by default.
