Dear all,
is it possible to at least slightly increase the time out setting for the forum?
I know that you have thought about, but the actual setting seems to me really short...
Just a proposal! |

They used to reduce it when a new release comes out. I assume they're doing the same now |

Which time out setting you talk about specificially? Current settings:
forum flood interval 15
forum search flood interval 15
forum cookie session 3600
forum post edit unlimited
cms ajax timeout 5
cms authkeys timeout unlimited
cms cookie session 3600
cms cookie lifetime 7 days (all other settings are seconds)
They all are sane - and no, we did not change them for release days, just caching was slightly adapted.
Greetings,
Chris |

personally, i'd like to see the login cookie get reset back to zero every time i log in, so i don't have to keep logging in every time the cookie expires. that way, i'd only have to log in if i hadn't logged in for more than a week. |

This bit me when i edited a post. In other words: edit tells me I have to wait before posting a new message.
