I was wondering that If I installed aptosid which is debian based if the same tweaks could affect ubuntu?

I am trying to understand what you have asked.
Since you are looking for tweaks, why not install and find out.

Simply put Ubuntu is an African word for "I can't install Debian" Razz

ubuntu is not binary compatible with debian


friends don't let friends install ubuntu

In all fairness your question is a little vague.

What kind of "things" and "tweaks" in particular are you enquiring about?

You'll find these forums and the aptosid irc channel an excellent means of support.
