|After installing the command-not-found package, the update-command-not-found command (run as root) gives the following error:

So the cache won't be updated and typing an unknowed command in bash gives the following error:
Could not find the database of available applications, run update-command-not-found as root to fix this
I reported the bug to debian : http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=616448 but I think it can be specific to aptosid.
