Installing the intel-microcode firmware for intel cpu's apt-get gives these warnings. Is there anything to fix that or should it be ignored?

update-rc.d: warning: microcode.ctl start runlevel arguments (S) do not match LSB Default-Start values (2 3 4 5)
update-rc.d: warning: microcode.ctl stop runlevel arguments (none) do not match LSB Default-Stop values (0 1 6)

thats fine.
aptosid does not use default debian runlevel configuration, and the warnings tell you that.

...which is an incorrect assumption, it has nothing to do with with aptosid's "runlevel management" (if you can even call it that), but a (minor) bug in that package (which shouldn't have real consequences, though).

the init.d script's LSB information doesn't match the arguments the package maintainer passed to dh_installinit (and thus the arguments given to update-rc.d in package postinst/maintainer scripts)

This has nothing to do with runlevel configuration defaults.
