I have just upgraded. All went fine.
Remember to read carefully the page
http://qt-kde.debian.net/
and use:
apt-get -t experimental-snapshots dist-upgrade
and NOT "apt-get dist-upgrade"
P.S. Now I have seen the other thread from devil... |

How is KDE 4.6.1 working for you? Why not share your experience so we can understand its quirks and differences
From what I have read somewhere, KDE 4.6.2 will most likely hit unstable late this month, rather than 4.6.1. |

Looks cool...I'll play with this on a test install. 
EDIT: OK I got KDE 4.6.1 installed and had tested akonadi and noticed no errors. Had to reconfigure KDM though after install |
