Sure, try:
system-settings -> Erscheinungsbild der Arbeitsfläche -> Fensterdekoration -> Fensterdekoration einrichten -> Schatten -> active window glow

(Sorry for the German terms...)

This can be very handy in such a situation: http://www.systranet.com/translate

Erscheinungsbild der Arbeitsfläche = "Appearance of the Desktop" (Workspace Appearance)

Fensterdekoration = "Window Decoration"

Schatten = "Shading"

etc. etc.

The blue glow seems to be associated only with the oxygen theme, or so it appears when I look at the themes. Try "air-oxygen-color".

RitaG., yes this is the only offical and English support forum for Aptosid. However, we tolerate other languages here and in our suport chat at IRC, specially if it adds constructive technical help - as it was in your case. So, please be patient with non-english speaking posters, make use of online translation tools, or ask for translations if anything is unclear.

Greetings,
Chris

This also works, as many people can translate (including me)

Multi-lang is a good thing at the forums/irc, some hate it, but it is good for the community
