No problems with "Chromium 15.0.838.0 (Developer Build 94616 Linux) Debian unstable" from towo's repo.

And I'm totally blinged-out with Chromium extensions (63 at the moment).

FWIW, I had a problem with it too. (64-bit, Nvidia proprietary driver, Debian/Aptosid current Iceweasel, single monitor.) The screen flickers for a while and then, after killing Iceweasel, all graphics on X become corrupted. Restarting X did not solve the issue and I had to reboot...

iceweasel 5.0-6, 64-bit, 2 monitors, intel (i915 )
no problems.

IW 5.0 on 32bits here using Radeon driver and I had no trouble opening the problematic image.

Holy crap!!! Sounds like you gone extension-happy Laughing

On IW/FF I have 30 extensions and no problems running them all Smile
