I had to install aptosid with KDE lite because of hardware constraints.
But to install full is now possible, how do I do this?
I am aware that you don't like Synaptic.

The main difference is mostly LibreOffice, and some additional KDE apps. So, just pick what you like, and install via apt-get install. You may use Synaptic to search for the package names, though.
Greetings,
Chris

You leave KDE, log as root into a terminal and do:
      Code:
init3
apt-get update && apt-get install kde-full
init 5 && exit

This gives you whatever KDE has on offer in Debian.
