xorg-server 2:1.11.0-1 has been uploaded to unstable and needs new xserver-xorg-{input,video} packages, which are in the process of getting uploaded/ BinNMUed right now. Please be patient and careful not to let any of those go in the mean time.

I am in the USA, pointing to that mirror, what is fix? just running a dist-upgrade?
or is there something to install? I just did dist-upgrade and it did not work. |

FWIW: if APT is saying that something (anything at all) will be removed, do NOT dist-upgrade, unless you are sure it is OK. (Ask here if you are not.)

Well, once again I have failed to win the Dev's prize for being really, really fast at doing a DU. On the plus side, my system still works.
Given slh's comment, if I had a problem I would change to the UK or DE mirror and give it a shot. If that fails, patience is your best ally. |

changing mirrors wont help
its essential to READ WHAT APT WANTS TO DO .. it plainly said

For at mirror, amd64, right now: nouveau and intel fixed, ati/radeon and non-free drivers - still unfixed.
So, ati/radeon users please wait another day or so.
For the users of non-free drivers things might take until the manufacturer has fixed them - which can take weeks in this case.

| None of the proprietry nvida drivers work with 1.11 version (including beta 285.03). God knows when it will be fixed. |

I use radeon.
So, apart from:
nvidia-glx xserver-xorg-video-nvidia
I should reupload other radeon-related packages, right?
I have aptosid working on another machine so will check which are radeon-related. |
