| About time a company had guts to stand up to Microshaft and expose the dirty stuff they been pulling. Now this will surely get interesting...will the companies that were tricked into signing deals with M$ try to overturn them in court? |

That is a damn good question.
I think MS should have to at least repay back every company with interest and be fined. |

Sounds good to me! Only thing better would be for Microsoft to have to give the cost of the licensing fees to the consumers who bought each device, since all of the cell phone manufactures simply pass the cost of the license on the buyer. |

Agreed!
Hopefully Google will back each company if they pursue the chance to go after M$ as well to add firepower 
Would surely be another vindication for Linux (and Android by extension) if they and Google win.
Also consumers who have bought such devices should get a refund of the extra fees paid for each device they bought. |
