I wanted to try if NUT it were set well with a new UPS EATON.
After the final shutdown, unfortunately does not appear close in the exit menu.

Can not start any application, even konsole, the keyboard does not work, but only the mouse, only run applications that open automatically as they are open the last session

With Konqueror open automatically, I can surf, but the knemo icon does not appear .

But, I repeat, I can not do anything.

I can not even shut down your computer by pressing ctrl + alt + del, I can only put it out with the power button.

Not even close work session.
You think I can recover the system, or should I reinstall?
Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your judgment.

Hello.

Just blind shooting: I guess NUT has taken account of the system shutdown sequence probably you can deinstall it and read carefully the documentation before installing...

You're right!
I uninstalled nuts and nut servers and everything went fine.
Unfortunately I thought I had found the reason for the problem, a script to change the permits in the / etc / bus / usb, and after a slight modification, I made the mistake of installing a new nut and nut-server, and now even if uninstall nut and nut-server, accessing as a user, the system is freeze.
How do I log in as user without blocking everything?
Thank to all, especially to x-an-i.
I look forward to good news.

I started a fluxbox session, and then I came back to kde, and kde session now has become normal.

Then we ll let you know what could be the reasons of the problems that creates nut.

I created a new user, I installed a new nut and nut-server, and I log in normally with new sessions as a new user.
That there is a problem in the original user's home?
Maybe a configuration file locked?

Thank you for your attention.
greetings

Shutdown and nut are not concerned.
It was a stupid script left in kde / Autostart /, I thought of removing the disable executability.
And instead I combined a disaster.
For the record, the script was so well with the hash # / usr/lib/kde4/libexec/kdesu / etc / nut / nut-patch.
Thanks for your attention and help.
