That string, neither parts of it, doesn't occur in any of our packages, so it's hard to imagine where that would come from.
Despite the phrasing, which wouldn't be typical for this, the only remote reasons causing something like this would be if you start the installer as mere user (the installer needs root capabilities) or if the XDG desktop files aren't considered as trusted (in a system path or +x) by your desktop environment. Either way, we'd need (much) more context to come up with an explanation, off hand I'd be tempted to call that message to be "impossible".
