i have the following installed

The problem is i tried to download (actually export) a file from an educational site and i got ".... access denied (java.util.property permission user.home read)"
Also, i tried to use Adrive site (a cloud site with 50GB free space). They use java to manage folders and it does not work too.
This in a 386 PC.
