For the last few days I am getting:
      Code:
serious bugs of openssl (1.0.1k-3 -> 1.0.2a-1) <Outstanding>
 b1 - #781094 - curl: relocation error on starting
   Merged with: 768476 768522 769023 770278 770605 771169 771993 781929

Is the bug relatively safe to ignore?

It won't kill your system, using apt-listbugs can be quite noisy - besides this, the bug itself has been fixed before openssl 1.0.2a-1 got uploaded to sid anyways, so there is no bug anymore.
