I receive a message that I'm banned ..
What did I do wrong ?
Connecting to irc.geo.oftc.net (64.62.190.36) port 6667...

I assume it was a temporary ban of your ip(rang) because of a bad spammer living next door to alice… äh, you (not necessary in real world, just internet protocol wise) and the network admins of oftc have banned him to stop the attack - leaving you behind as a 'collateral damage'.
As said, in such a case you should contact their support as only they can help you (only who established the ban can release it). |
