| I have looked around and not found anywhere how to get the new artwork on desktop and login-window after a new release. I have seen somewhere that they shall be installed and then manually added, how? I never find them? |

I have done that before except that I use xfce so I install the ones for that, but where is the wallpaper? The login art is there when I choose between them but the wallpaper for desktop is not among the ones to choose in the desktop administration? |

You have to add the wallpaper yourself in the chooser.
Its in /usr/share/wallpapers/aptosid-geras |

In KDE I just right-click on the desktop and select 'desktop activity seeting' from the menu.
Quite a few wallpapers there and you can use yours. |
