because I thought I had the same problem, the tread was of to day and you in person were responding. Beside, I am currently using an eee pc (as the other one has no graphics) and I am not very expert of forums, expecially maneuvring with this toy.

deleting the line was a figh, because the command m-a a-i extracted the sources again and I was unable to prevent it.
Drivers downloaded fron frickelplatz compiled regurarly.
Now I am having problems with usb wireless keyboard and mouse,
but at least nvidia drivers are in place.
