Hi, i had to add my user to the groups lp and lpadmin to make my printer work. The fact is that i accidentally used
      Code:

usermod -G lp dario

instead of
      Code:

usermod -a -G lp dario
usermod -a -G lpadmin dario

Now the groups list contains only lp and lpadmin due to the first usermod, are there any consequences? If yes, what's the default group list? Thanks

Thanks, a curiosity, does the removal of the groups change something? I haven't noticed any malfunction without that groups

it does, when you use certain devices, like a scanner, without being in group scanner.
